About These Terms

By browsing this website, sending an enquiry, or placing an order with Aaradhay Furniture, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before confirming any order.

Products & Natural Wood Variation

• All our furniture is handcrafted from solid wood, so grain, colour tone and texture vary from piece to piece.
• Photographs on this website are indicative. Screen colours and finishes may differ slightly from the delivered product.
• Minor variation in dimensions (usually within half an inch) is normal in handcrafted furniture.
• Solid wood may expand or contract slightly with humidity — this is a natural property, not a defect.

Quotations & Pricing

• Prices are shared on enquiry and depend on wood type, size, finish, upholstery and quantity.
• A quotation stays valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, as material prices fluctuate.
• Delivery, installation and transport charges outside our standard service area are quoted separately.

Orders & Advance Payment

• An order is confirmed only after the agreed advance is received and the design, size and finish are approved by you in writing or over WhatsApp.
• The balance amount is payable before dispatch or at delivery, as agreed at the time of booking.
• Custom orders begin production immediately after confirmation, so changes after that stage may not be possible.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Typical production time for standard pieces is 2 to 4 weeks and for custom pieces 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design and season. Timelines are estimates in good faith and may be affected by material availability, transport or events outside our control.

Delivery & Installation

• You must ensure safe access — lifts, staircases and doorways — for the furniture to reach the room.
• If delivery fails because access is unavailable or nobody is present, redelivery charges may apply.
• Please inspect the furniture at the time of delivery and report any transit damage immediately.

Cancellations

Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as the piece is made specifically to your specification. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Aaradhay Furniture and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our workshop is registered.
